Cloud Management Portal: Agent¶
The CMP Agent is an AI-powered virtual assistant integrated into the Cloud Management Portal (CMP). It helps users find information about InSpark services and understand how to use them effectively.
How It Works¶
- Seamless integration: The agent is built directly into the CMP user interface.
- Context awareness: It assumes your question relates to the service or page you are currently viewing. If this is unclear, it will ask which service your question refers to.
- Continuous learning: The agent automatically updates its knowledge base to stay aligned with the latest CMP and InSpark information.
Using the Agent¶
You can access the agent directly from within the CMP.
- Log into the CMP.
- Click the agent icon in the top-right menu.
- Ask your question in plain language.

The CMP Agent can assist you with:
- General questions about the Cloud Management Portal (CMP).
- Information on InSpark services available to your account.
- Nitrogen Control Center queries.
