Troubleshooting Common Errors

This article provides guidance for resolving frequent issues encountered in the NCC Portal.

Invalid Credentials

If you see an "Invalid Credentials" error:

  • Verify your username and password are correct.
  • If you forgot your password, select Forgot Password to reset it.

Access Denied

If you encounter an "Access Denied" error:

  • Ensure your account has the required permissions.
  • Contact your NCC administrator to confirm your access rights.
  • If you believe this is a mistake, you can contact support.

Failed to Resolve Connection

If you receive the following error:

Failed to resolve connection '' referenced in activity run '*----***':

  • Check that the entity is connected to the correct data source in the Landing zone.
  • When promoting an entity to a new environment, ensure the data source is added to that environment before promotion.
