Troubleshooting Common Errors¶
This article provides guidance for resolving frequent issues encountered in the NCC Portal.
Invalid Credentials¶
If you see an "Invalid Credentials" error:
- Verify your username and password are correct.
- If you forgot your password, select Forgot Password to reset it.
Access Denied¶
If you encounter an "Access Denied" error:
- Ensure your account has the required permissions.
- Contact your NCC administrator to confirm your access rights.
- If you believe this is a mistake, you can contact support.
Failed to Resolve Connection¶
If you receive the following error:
Failed to resolve connection '' referenced in activity run '*----***':
- Check that the entity is connected to the correct data source in the Landing zone.
- When promoting an entity to a new environment, ensure the data source is added to that environment before promotion.
